CFC-IPHC Beliefs

As born again believers of Jesus Christ and members of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, we stand firm on the principles and Holy Scriptures embedded in the Holy Bible which is the written inspiration of God. We believe in God the Father the Almighty Maker of heaven and earth, Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord, and the Holy Spirit our comforter and guide. We believe Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary. We believe Jesus died on the cross, was buried in a tomb, and resurrected three days after being placed in the tomb, He rose on the third day from death, ascended into heaven, and now sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. We believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and life everlasting. Amen.

Affirmation of Faith:

It is our belief and affirmation that God created two sex, man and woman, to be joined as man and wife, to replenish the Earth, and to be fruitful and multiply. We affirm and believe that same sex unions are against God's natural order for mankind (humankind) and is not tolerated within this household of faith. We affirm and believe man to be the head of his household with the wife as his help-meet and partner within the household and in business matters. We affirm and believe that God created two human species, male and female, with specific reproductive systems to be used in His natural order according to the Holy Scriptures, and that any alteration to the reproductive systems does not alter man or woman's true identity as male and female. We also affirm and believe that any agreements with or outward display of behaviors relating to the sex opposite a person's sex at birth is against God's natural order. Therefore, such behavior relating to homosexuality and reproductive alterations are not tolerated among this household of faith. We believe God created all mankind equal without partiality to race, ethnicity, or sex  and that it is the duty and great commission of all believers to compel and reconcile lost and captive souls to our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ.
